Report incident log

For some instance it may be needed support personnel from Aunko may ask you to upload error log to Aunko.

Go to “Settings” > “Support“.

Click Report Incident Log to Aunko. Wait for the process to complete and confirmation message.

Select Submit Ticket by logging to your valid user account at Aunko.
