Make Register Entry

Go to “Register” > “Show Register“.

Register Operations:

  1. Opening Balance: After initial installation before making any sale you should provide the opening balance of your business register. This is an onetime operation.
    • Choose Opening Balance from the Operation drop down list.
    • Supply Amount, Comment.
    • Click Save Record.
  2. Cash Withdraw: Withdrawing cash at the end of the business day will be recorded by this.
    • Choose Cash Withdraw from the Operation drop down list.
    • Supply Amount, Comment.
    • Click Save Record.
  3. Cash In: Any cash inflow (i.e.: capital, investment amount) except sales income will be recorded by this option.
    • Choose Cash In from the Operation drop down list.
    • Supply Amount, Comment.
    • Click Save Record.
  4. Cash Out: Any kind of cash outflow (i.e.: supplier, utility, others payment) except the Cash Withdraw should be recorded by this option.
    • Choose Cash Out from the Operation drop down list.
    • Supply Amount, Comment.
    • Click Save Record.
